Welcome to the NeuroUniverse®: creating happy, diverse workforces
We offer
workshops
that give you a
clear understanding of what
neurodiversity means in the workplace
—
the theory, practicalities and legal obligations. Our belief is that different "neurotypes" (including autistic brains, ADHD, dyslexic and, indeed, 'neurotypical' ones) come with strengths and challenges. Our training looks at how you can build on the strengths and reduce the challenges. By doing this you can increase productivity as well as aid
retention, lessen disputes and
improve
the
mental health of
neurodivergent employees.
Why you should hire us:
- Research has shown that a diverse workforce is beneficial not just for employees, but the companies they work for
- By employing different brain types, you are more likely to come up with innovative and creative solutions and approaches and less likely to experience groupthink
- Supporting your diverse workforce isn't optional - reasonable adjustments are a legal obligation, which could cost you or your company money if you get it wrong
Why we are different:
- All our trainers are neurodivergent. Successful in their professions, they talk openly and share their own experiences (good and bad).
- Our training is practical as well as theoretical. We want people to leave it feeling more confident about what good support looks like. Small adjustments make a big difference: the key is to identify challenges and to work with the neurodivergent colleague to come up with a plan
- Our training is broken up with video interviews with neurodivergent people discussing what work is like for them
What Our Clients Say
Neuro Universe’s training has been very informative for us at Dallaglio RugbyWorks. The sessions were engaging, giving us the tools and understanding to better support neurodiverse young people as well as supporting the team to understand their own neurdiversity better. It’s made a real difference in how we approach inclusivity and ensure everyone has the chance to thrive.
Claudia Carrington King
COO, Dallaglio RugbyWorks
The NeuroUniverse team was a real pleasure to work with as we organised an event on neuroinclusivity and ADHD in the workplace. They worked closely with us to identify our needs and carefully tailored the content and format, as well as supplying an excellent and engaging speaker – Kirsti Hadley.
